Global Medical Congress Exhibition Programme

To design and manage a fully integrated global medical congress exhibit solution across all therapeutic areas, covering an extensive range of products. Congress exhibits range from 25sqm to 500sqm highly interactive delegate experiences.

Objectives

To design and implement the highest level of corporate consistency and to develop a sustainable, longstanding modular solution to all aspects of Lilly's global congress medical and marketing presence. 

Results

IGNITION continues to develop and add to an integrated family of robust sustainable exhibition systems that focus on adaptability, efficiency and reusability.  The systems work together and reconfigure and adapt to all exhibit space sizes and individual brand requirements.  The graphic application systems allow for product information changes between congresses, individual graphic panels can be replaced. An integrated, energy efficient lighting source, adds a flexible and prudent dynamic to the system and aids visitor attraction.

IGNITION also creates and develops a range of attractors. The results endorse a consistent corporate identity that is instantly recognisable in the global congress environment. 

Cost efficiencies and unnecessary waste has been a key focus throughout the development and implementation of the global congress exhibition programme and to date, significant ROI has been made as a result of ongoing reuse of quality exhibition profiles spanning more than 8 years.
