Motivational Leadership

Brand Identity

Motivational Leadership Limited (MLL) is a Wiltshire-based consultancy and training firm that works with organisations to turn their appointed leaders and managers into world class leaders and managers. Formed by bringing together their three existing companies, MLL is the brainchild of three leadership and management professionals and offers of-the-minute expertise in the form of tailored training and coaching, designed to deliver an organisation’s strategy.

Objectives

To create a consistent yet striking brand identity that clearly represented the professionalism, uniqueness and core values of the leaders of the business; a brand that would appeal to both corporate clients and smaller organisations and work across all media and environments.

Results

To produce something that truly captured Motivational Leadership we worked through our in-depth research process to understand the organisation’s values, target markets and services. We delivered a design that represented the three organisations coming together as well as the three ingredients that make up the way Motivational Leadership works with clients; understanding and developing direction, increasing skills and building motivation.  The colour scheme, the use of the different elements and the brand guidance provided a consistent visual identity across different media. The new brand has been very well received, positions the organisation correctly and Motivational Leadership expects to achieve an increase in the number of enquiries they have because they have an identity that reflects the organisation’s uniqueness.

Testimonial

“After a rigorous process, we selected IGNITION to deliver us a brand that would represent Motivational Leadership. From the beginning it was apparent that we’d made the right choice. They were warm, friendly and easy to work with and, through a series of creative exercises, they helped us firm up on our preferences and got us to ‘dig deep’ by asking searching questions about our business and our values. We were presented with three initial options – all of which were beautifully worked up, so that we could see exactly what they would look like on different media (business cards, letterheads etc) and, although we would have been proud to have any of them, we chose the branding you see today. In fact we were so pleased with it that there was no need to modify anything. Since the brand was created we have been able to seamlessly apply it to our website, newsletters and promotional literature. Why has it been so easy? Simply because the brand guidelines they provided have made it so.”
