We're delighted to have been named as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces™ 2018!
Reaching number 19 in the nationwide rankings, following an in-depth company audit. The 128-strong, annual ‘Great Workplaces’ list for 2018 was exclusively revealed last month, firstly in The Guardian on 26th April and secondly in The Sunday Telegraph on April 29th.
According to the Great Place to Work Institute, who organise the rankings, the list represents ‘the largest survey of workplace cultures and people practices’ in the world, whilst its methodology is ‘one of the most rigorous and highly regarded’. The organisers refer to the listing the ‘gold standard’ of employer awards.
